At KOVE jewellery, we are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Every shipment is securely packaged and fully tracked to ensure your luxury pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Processing & Delivery Times

 Order Processing: Standard orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

 Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, shipments are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

Secure Delivery Requirements

Because our shipments hold high value, a signature will be required upon delivery. Packages cannot be left in safe places or with neighbours without your prior authorization. Due to courier insurance restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the courier's tracking portal.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, your shipment is fully insured. Please contact our customer concierge team immediately at kovejewellery1@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.
