Our Return Guarantee

At KOVE jewellery, we stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item for a full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging with all protective tags and GRA certificates (if applicable) intact. 

Please note that custom-made pieces, bespoke alterations, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
